Our orders in Lima are sent with our own courier and provincial orders are sent with Olva courier (outsourced companies), who are responsible for the security and time of shipments. We have a delivery time of 1 to 7 business days, starting from the day after placing the order. It should be noted that there may be delays caused by external factors.
A flexible exchange policy has been established for a maximum of 5 days after the order is delivered, but no refunds are issued.
